Broken Hearts Recap

Thanks to everyone who participated in Broken Hearts 5. Without support from the local community, folks who donated prizes, volunteers working checkpoints, putting on contest, the bands, the DJ's, fans, and riders we wouldn't have had a great time. We also have results from the weekends events.

On Friday night in the Lenny's parking lot, there were many games of bike polo played. We also had a longest skid comp, 2 rounds of footdown, trackstand, and bike jousts. Longest skid was won by Cruel Simon of Chicago who is also the reigning NACCC longest skid champ. We grouped second place to Wes, Buffalo from Macon, and Toes. Round 1 of footdown was won by local biker Sergio. Round 2 was won by Rudy from Chicago. Trackstand was won by Rafael. We ended the night with bike jousting.

Saturday night was the Broken Hearts Alley Cat. Fastest team was won by Rich and Kirk. Fastest all women team were the Power Rangers who each won a bag from Seagull and Transit. Fastest woman who was part of a team was Allison. Best team costume was won by Peter Pan and Yu-Gi-Oh. Fastest out of towners were Coyote and Spartacus from Chicago. Best Stankey Leg was awarded to Ben. Best Jazzercise was the Boob Avengers. Fastest Cheap Date was Casey and Banana Man. Fastest rider who got a tattoo was Angel. The Freak Bike award went to Stacey and John. Farthest visitors for the event was the Chicago crew. And finally the award to DFL was given to Ryan and Tim.
